Reuben Margolin - Kinetic Wave Sculpture

Reuben Margolin lives in the bay area and makes techno-kinetic wave sculptures. Using everything from wood to cardboard to found and salvaged objects, Reubens artwork is diverse, with sculptures ranging from tiny to looming, motorized to hand-cranked.

Reuben is inspired by natural elements and is related to biomimicry. In this short video from Maker TV, Reuben talks about some of his projects, his inspiration. The end of the video also gives a very brief introduction into how makers are exploring how could power our future.
