At STEMarts Lab we engage youth in New Mexico in cutting-edge sci-arts experiences that explore their imaginations, expand skills and connections, and open doors to the future. We combine virtual reality and particle physics, art and ecology, native and western science, and all the spaces in-between to help us better understand our place in the universe.
Through local and international STEAM learning experiences and partnerships with renowned artists, scientists, and thinkers, we explore and ask questions that build cross-cultural scientific and artistic literacy, opening doors to local and global STEAM opportunities and careers.

These girls (aged 14-19) get paid to explore creative interests, develop valuable work skills, engage with cutting-edge science and technology, and become integral members of the international Space Messengers team.
