Paint in 3D with Izumi

Calling all creative minds! Are you a traditional artist curious about trying out new technologies in your art practice? Are you someone who has been wanting to experiment and have fun with virtual reality? STEMarts Lab and the Harwood Art Museum are partnering to bring you a special art workshop led by Izumi and the STEMarts Ambassadors. In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn the basic handling and use of Oculus VR headsets, you will paint in 3D with the Tiltbrush app, and you will get art making tips and guidance from artist, Izumi Yokoyama. In the beautiful Arthur Bell auditorium of the Harwood Museum, you will explore new dimensions of space and time and fly with your imaginations.
