A comprehensive real-time course on programming from Carl Herold for everyone from total beginner to experienced programmer. Start at lesson one. Master the material in each lesson before proceeding to the next one.

Aimed at undergraduates with little or no programming experience MIT Introduction to Computer Programming  was developed by Prof. Eric Grimson and Prof. John Guttag and provides practical assigments and instructions as well as video tutorials.
